My husband and I took Melissa's hypnobirthing course over a weekend, and it was excellent. We went home on the Sunday feeling much better prepared for the birth of our first baby, and feeling more relaxed and confident about it, too. Melissa is a great teacher and very easy to talk to - I'd highly recommend her course for all expecting parents!
