Should have read the reviews before consulting them. Was nudged to Healthy Minds from my GP and they’ve been absolutely useless. After a month + of waiting, the day of my triage arrived. The staff who did not even bother to introduce himself, kept pretending to not hear me (literally I have made loads of call today from the same location on the same network / connectivity) with no issues. My therapist from BHM (Geraldine) has been absolutely amazing. She has a good energy about her and I felt very open and comfortable with her when opening up about my struggles and issues. I felt a lot better after every therapy session with her and felt like a load had been lifted, I felt heard. Geraldine is a beautiful person inside and out and I feel very lucky to have had her as my therapist. Thank you Geraldine x
I was assessed recently over the phone and was fooled into thinking they would help me with my mental health then sent me a letter referring me to a self-help website even more disappointed in the fact I can't give them 0 stars
