Fantastic place. They really are there for the animals, not money. The vet was so good at understanding that my dog was really nervous. She was great with him
Extremely disappointed with my experience at PDSA Aston today. I was left waiting for over an hour due to Richard, the admin staff member, failing to check my pet in. He was free when I arrived at the desk to check in but chose to ignore me and make a phone call instead of helping. I’m heavily pregnant, and this lack of consideration was appalling.
