Nurses are really nice. In terms of the vets some are really nice while others are quite rude and give the impression they don’t want to be there, wait times are extremely long even after giving you a scheduled time, but expected since they offer free and discounted services

Very good vets. Everything very professional. Except for the very rude receptionist. Actually embarrassed me in front of a room full of people. And my cat was being put to sleep that day.
