Had an emergency appointment today regarding my blood results for my diabetes, Ruth was amazing she went through everything I need to do, changed my medication gave me testing kits and loads of information. Thanks Ruth your a star
Today I had my diabetes review with Sister Ruth Nobes, I always find Ruth a very honest and thorough person to deal with, nothing is to much trouble for her if you require help in any way, whether it's your personal health or medication.
Receptionist in there is just so horrible and rude i don’t recommend to have her on the phone with you, her customer service in person and over phone is terrible, this is the second time today she has terrible customer service in the workplace im really unhappy
Great response to an internal error where my repeat prescription was cancelled it left me without my medication, partly my fault as I didn't notice, the response from Vicki was efficient, friendly and very helpful, within 10 mins I had a confirmation text message confirming everything was back on track.
