My son bought a car from Adrian this weekend and Adrian was outstanding with him. From our visit last Monday to collection yesterday, he has been thorough, honest, patient and has given my son the time he needed with making his purchase. I purchased a car here 10 years ago, which was a brilliant car and it's been lovely to come back with my son to find his new car! Thank you Adrian for your service and kindness.
Would not recommend. If you had asked me at the start I would have. However after less than a day of owning a car it was broken beyond repair due to a “mouse”. Not fit for purpose at point of sale.There were failed attempts at repairing the car via the garage that the dealership asked us to get the car too. Even picked it up again and it broke less than a mile down the road. Birchington C+V sales were very responsive in replying and attempting to resolve the issue.
