Sometimes there are hiccups along the way due to sickness but that can't be helped and we do our best to accommodate all patients as best we can which is stressful at times trying to arrange visits, other than that I love working here I have met some amazing people, in reference to the other reviews that mention zero hour contracts and technicians with no knowledge that is simply not true we are contracted staff with hours to fulfil and we have training and we do have knowledge we know what we are doing, some of these review... read more

As as care company they don't care for staff at all no support for staff when required.. staff on zero hours so they just terminate contract rather than support staff.. easier for them ..

These guys asked me to attend an interview on zoom. No one appeared. I was waiting over 45 minutes. I got in contact with them through email and also provided proof. No one got back to me. Absolutely ridiculous service

There is no consistency, we agreed 3-4 technicians as my dad is extremely vulnerable and suffers with Parkinson’s and gets very anxious . Technicians arrive late or not at all . Causing the patient and the Family extreme distress .This is causing us huge problems as dad is bed bound and a palliative patient .
