At Biolife to give plasma and this has been a long and difficult process and I will still be her another 1 and half. Total of almost 5 hours total Not the best experience.
non proffesional staff very Getto place cursing among employees machines not working . un clean areas
They are canceling my appointments without contacting me! I understand the pandemic and you needing to have less people in the building, but you could do me the favor of contacting me first so I know!
They never let me donate cause I have tattoos. Not new ones either. They don't even cover proposed injection site. Just too close proximity they say. Whack. It doesn't matter to the Red Cross when they take blood. I don't understand. So because of sitting and going through the whole process and get to the end when you are on the bed and then tell me I can't donate 😤 Worst donation experience ever!
Today took two hours in the building took way tooo long .......I give myself almost that my machine kept stopping plasma lady said she didn’t hear it every time

This is the most disorganized place I have ever dealt with. If you're going to have no idea what the hell you're doing at least learn some customer service.
Candyce is an absolute peach:) Donated last year, and just started donating again. Clean facility, safe, and the staff members are always pleasant.
Clean, professional, high quality people and equipment. Did my first donation and have scheduled my second appointment. mention my name and I get a referral bonus, PM me afterwards and i will split it with you!
