1045 appointment (not my first appointment) finally get a seat at 1140. I watch them get 4 people that came in behind me by at least 30 minutes get hooked up before me. Fucking bull shit! 2 hours and 30 minutes it took me start to finish when others that came in behind me had the usual hour time. Your customer service is the worst!
