so far the services at bio-life have been awkward anyone ever been turned away on a scheduled appointment, because your test wasn't complete from last week
Every time I've donated I have had issues last time I left with a severe hematoma (not sure about that spelling sorry) after I asked them to not use that arm in the first place because of previous issues. Their employees suck, bad training maybe, they actually injure people. When something feels wrong and you say something, they proceed to do the opposite of what they should do and make it much worse. I had at least 2 failed donations because a girl missed the vein and worked the needle in my arm until I was almost in tears.... read more
Very nice place to go and the workers are so nice
A little concerned. Yesterday for the first time I paid very close attention. I watched some staff work on several people and did not change their gloves. They were putting needles in, and taking them out with the same gloves. ����
