Absolutely shocking experience. I booked my MOT online through their system, received a confirmation email AND an SMS reminder, so naturally I assumed everything was confirmed. I turned up at the garage on time only to be told by reception that there was “no booking” because they hadn’t received any notification from their head office. Booked through BookMyGarage. MOT, oil and filter and extra work. Never got a call back for the extra work. No reminder except a text 24 days ago when I first booked. Never confirmed the extra work or estimated cost. I called to confirm, said I was half an hour late for my slot. Vague and unprofessional
