I called into the showroom in Bingley to discuss my wish to buy a carpet and the manager arranged an appointment to visit my house to measure up. He arrived on time and we discussed my best options. He left saying he would get in touch the next day or the day after. Nine days have passed and I have heard nothing. I am extremely disappointed and I see from the reviews this has happened before.
