Nicholas Jennaway is BAD and I mean BAD the most unprofessional and incompetent solicitor that has ever existed. His behaviour is borderline negligence and I have thankfully now fired him to move to a solicitor who actually deserves to be working for a tier 1 firm.
I don’t recommend at all.
Would give 0 stars if possible. States on the website they specialize in "Criminal Records, DBS certificates and Police Information". Called up to discussed a DBS disclosure response, got passed around and none of them had heard of them doing that before. Wanted to charge for a callback to discuss further. Wasn't fulfilled with any hope at all speaking to this company.
