Rude. Cleaned our patio to a good standard but then ignored our calls for fixing the patio grout that he said he’d come back to fix. Managed to get hold of him 2 weeks after we first tried contacting him about coming back to fix the grout, but he wasn’t interested. Not reliable and very rude. Wouldn’t use him again.
Second time we've used Billy to jetwash our drive and again he's done a terrific job. This time he has sealed the Indian stone with an anti slip treatment to prevent algae build up and stop risk of us slipping in the winter. Thanks Billy.
