Absolutely shocking aftercare service. They supplied and fitted two carpets for us. A week later we noticed both carpets had flaws in them. They came and took photos. Said they would contact the supplier and get back to us. Still nothing a month later despite numerous phone calls. Finally caught up with "Billy" (although he seems to go by more than one name) in the shop and he got in his car and ran away! Buyer beware I wouldn't touch this place with a bargepole.....
