Billion's did a great job diagnosing the problem with our van. Explaining what it could possibly be. In less than an hour they knew what the problem with the AC was and had it fixed with in a few hours. It cools better now than it ever has!! Thank you Jacob and crew for the excellent service. On top of that the bill wasn't that bad!!
The service department agent that I dealt with was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire waiting area to include the Men’s restroom was clean. The service done to my vehicle was top notch. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Bought a 2020 vehicle, which they said they only had 1 key for. I did pay for a second because yes, I agree, its possible to get by with 1 key but bought for my own peace of mind. Now after reading reviews, this seems like a pattern, so are they doing this on purpose? Not sure. THEN, after paperwork is signed, realized the tail light was cracked. We started hearing a strange vehicle noise on our trip from Wisconsin to the Badlands, so stopped in to have it checked out & make sure that we were safe to continue on. Even though they were busy, Jacob fit us in quickly, took care of the issue, & we were able to resume our trip. Thanks a billion! 😉

Not a good experience at all! Bed of the truck never cleaned like they said they would, cruise control doesn’t work and get it home and the engine service light turns on.. all they say is it’s a used Truck..
