Traveling through South Dakota, my oil change service was due. I called, drove up and was immediately and cheerfully treated to ToyotaCare service. Billion did me a solid and I was back on the road in less than one hour!
We did part of the purchase process via email. Mike got back to us promptly after each question we had. We were able to get financial information that day, too, even on a Saturday. We appreciated the time Mike gave us showing us features of the vehicle when we picked it up. There were no “surprises “ in the financial piece of the purchase. We felt the trade in value of our car was fair, also. Overall, a very positive buying experience.
Rob York was an honest salesman. I'm a single Mom and buying a used SUV gave me some anxiety. Rob listened to my needs and kept me at my price point. I didn't feel pressured into anything. He found me exactly what I wanted. I will recommend Rob to anyone buying a car. He's professional and fun! While I was on my way to SF to visit my daughter my service light came on. I was due for a check up but had never had the light come on. It was 4:00 Friday afternoon. Since I didn't want to wait until I got back home to take it in should something indeed be wrong, my husband called Billion and they said to bring it in in the morning and they'd check it out. Mike was great salesman at Billions Toyota. we looked at many pickups and he help to find the right one
Purchased a new 4 Runner which we enjoy. We were sold the Valpro 360 package an additional 2k, we were told it covers door dings, rock chips for the windshield etc. we get a rock chip which quickly spread to a small 5” crack. I called the service Dept was told just file your claim and bring it in. We did just that now we’re told it really doesn’t cover it because it became a crack.
