Watch their finance people. If they try to sell you a warranty and say that your loan or interest rate is conditioned upon you buying their warranty, this is 100% false and it is in fact illegal. They tried this with us. They wanted to get us to sign a higher apr without their warranty or a lower apr (same lender) with the warranty. This is standard in the industry but you should know it is not okay, it is not required, it is not even legal. Was lied to and mislead every step of the way. They told me the truck I wanted was on the lot and ready for me to test drive. Went in the very next day just to be told it was no longer on the lot. After countless emails and phone calls finally worked out a deal for the truck to be sent down to me just to again be told the truck wasn’t available. Complete waste of time
