Was in Sioux Falls yesterday and my serpentine belt broke on our minivan and we went to Billion Auto Toyota and they got us in and got the new belt on. We are very thankful for that. They were very nice to us. It was our first time there. And thank you Beard for talking with us while we waited and not falling into the typical "car sales person" norm. We will definitely be back.
The service center is rude. All the people in there are rude and disrespectful! They take advantage of you. They are 60 dollars do 30 mins to look at a car. What a rip off. Dave is rude and so is the other guy in there! Never go there!
