This is an experience of buying a 12V battery from the Part department at 12st for my Prius 2008. The call: On Sat 2/22 called in the morning to inquire if they had the battery fro my car. I twice waited 3+ minutes after being kicked to voice mail, after finally calling the Sales department to be manually transferred to Parts department. Put a down payment of 500 on a vehicle and ran into some medical issues and was told I couldn’t fly for a few. Passed that on to salesman, Marty, and he instantly put truck back up for sale and said I wasn’t getting my money back. It was only held for 3 days. No business does that except yours.
