By actually fixing everything they say they are going to fix on repairs on my vehicle as all of the damage was done before I bought the truck from it sitting on their lot from a storm & from them it’s been over a year now & they still have not got everything fixed that they said they would fix they continuously fail to make things right how they should be & fail to do what they say they will

My experience with billion auto was very pleasant. They were helpful. I am happy with my purchase. I would like to add that even though my car was bought “as is” they still replaced the windshield because there was chip in it and got me touch up paint for a spot that needed touched up. Here is why I would not recommend them: 1) once the papers were signed, they said there was only one key and that if I wanted another one, I would have to pay. 2) while looking for cars, they keys were all mixed up on cars.
