This is an experience of buying a 12V battery from the Part department at 12st for my Prius 2008. The call: On Sat 2/22 called in the morning to inquire if they had the battery fro my car. I twice waited 3+ minutes after being kicked to voice mail, after finally calling the Sales department to be manually transferred to Parts department.
