Antonio is the most amazing salesman... He listens, does not pressure, goes above and beyond and makes sure everything is in your best interest! Infact the entire team deserves koodos. They brought my dream to fruition just last week by getting me in my new baby, 2016 Rav 4. Best place in town by far!
It seemed all good at first but been down hill since then. Lots of shady deals going on. Sales men lied to me. Had work done on my car that I didn’t request ended up having to pay for it. Manager was suppose to call back Never heard nothing. And Toyota financial is terrible to work with. I wouldn’t recommend billions and especially not dealing with Toyota financial. Loved my Toyota but had a terrible experience.

Got my oil changed at the service dept. Thought they did a poor job as oil continued to drip from the underside. After a week and it continued to drip and was getting worse I decided to crawl under and look. The plug wasn't even finger tight and I was a quart low. Shouldn't have to double check the workmanship of a reputable dealership.
My mom just purchased her 2nd Toyota from here. What has me upset (putting it lightly), is that Vito and Robert had her drive away with an empty tank. Told her maybe they wanted you to use the extra service plan they had her purchase!!!!
I have purchased several vehicles from here and have always had an amazing experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that asks!! Wonderful staff and management!!
My bf bought a vehicle from Billion Toyota. Was not a good experience. Would recommend others watch for shady deals. Get EVERYTHING in writing!!!! Our next Toyota will not be purchased here. Love the brand, will not return to the dealer.
