Room was hard to find, could not find elevator, room was small and it smelled horrible. It smelled of body odor and something else..... Maybe mold?
I used to stay there when the Billings Night Rodeo was there. I have some very good memories from that time and place.
So disappointed with the Billings Hotel & Convention Center. Room was old and run down, pool was dirty and dated. For $130.00+ $40.00 for incidentals simply so our kids could swim, we won’t even consider returning. Entryway was gorgeous, definitely expected more based on cost and initial entrance. If you want a run down room and filthy and dated pool this is the place!
RecommendedOur stay at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center started with a very fast check in from their lodge-styled, cozy yet spacious lobby with a huge fireplace. It’s right off the highway, and it didn’t take long to get there from downtown Billings, MT. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous staff member. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always. You have always been very welcoming and I was excited to be able to stay in one of the renovated rooms. The decor is beautiful and the beds slept well. The pool area looks great and was warm on a cold evening. The construction on the elevator was going well! You are always my home away from home. Staff is friendly and always informative no matter what hour I talk with them.
It's awesome...comfy beds N convenient w/all the amenities 😉
