We had a horrible experience with your hotel and I tried to resolve it with the GM and he was so rude and not understanding at all. Our toilets kept plugging and overflowing with just peeing. He blamed us on it and said he has had no issues with it. I have never been to a hotel that had such horrible service. We were at the billings horse sale and we came from Minnesota and we didnt want to stay in our trailer because we dont have a toilet or shower in our trailer which was the main reason we got a room. RecommendedWe came for my granddaughter’s wedding, and arrived earlier than expected. They were happy to let us check in early-we totally enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough good things about it.

I recommend the pool & slides and the very comfy beds are great!!! I had a good time there .Checked out one day & went back to stay again the next.Great price too !
I got married here and the entire experience was amazing! From planning to our big day! I would highly suggest! ♥️ The staff was phenomenal throughout everything. We had the majority of family travel from out of town and they loved the rooms. The food at our reception was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on it. Lastly, our honeymoon suite was perfect!
While traveling for work, I had the pleasure of staying at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center. The location of this place is ideal. Right off the freeway with plenty of eating and shopping options near by, but the place is so big that it is still very quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers an indoor pool with a couple of slides, a quaint cafe, a fitness room and even a small casino room with slot machines. The massive lobby is also just a great place to hangout.
