beautiful rooms! great food
Mandie, in banqueting, saved the day for me. She went above and beyond in fixing the technical issues that plagued my presentation. I know she had a thousand things to do, but she used patience and grace when I was flustered, and I don't fluster easily! So, three cheers to this woman- she probably deserves a raise- or at least a day off.
here for 4 night and housekeeping kept skipping us. even had to track someone down for toilet paper. I called yesterday, this morning at 11 & now again at 4, now demanding housekeeping in room. it shouldn't be that way. oh and resturant guy server is awful. both mornings took our order, then never came back.
Our stay was really awesome! We got coffee and ate dinner downstairs. There’s a Casino and many, many conference rooms. For people with kids, there’s two water slides in the pool area, an open ground area in the center of the hotel, and a workout room to work out some stress. We had two ajoined rooms on the second floor, which were clean and quiet. Everyone was absolutely wonderful The facility was great and easy to navigate
Here for a week housekeeping forgot us twice. But the rest of the staff are great and the restaurant waitresses are extremely hard working. They have a beautiful courtyard but not easy to get out to
