Turned off the water slide while my nephews were coming down, pretty sure that's a fire hazard. Tried to tell me that there was a pool policy that I signed when I only signed for using a credit card. Unprofessional and will NOT return!

Channa, your mother's card has been refunded for the entire amount. I am sorry for the miscommunication on our part. Our registration cards do say that you can only have 5 people in one room and that only hotel guest are allowed to swim in out pool. Because of our mistake we refunded your mother's money.

Great hotel, they put us on the top floor with our twin baby girls, but when they discovered we were hauling them upstairs and downstairs due to no elevator, they changed us to downstairs! So blessed! Pool is a blast two!
The bed was very comfortable bathroom was clean shower was nice. Microwave and refrigerator. Thermostat keep the room temperature adjusted well. Only real downside was that there was no free breakfast. They did have a full service restaurant. Didn't eat there cuz I'm cheap.
I am on the board for Cassie's Gifts of Love and we had our Angel's Ball there this past Saturday! The staff was so helpful and nice! Huge shoutout to Shannon Walston & Ryan Whitaker for all your help both Friday and Saturday! Even charged our phones!
