The room was ok. Bed was comfortable, shower worked, a/c worked. There was a big hole above my shower. The carpet was so dirty that it turned my white socks a grey color. We were told at check in to "not go outside at night time or leave anything in our vehicles". I had a conference at the hotel. The room was nice, the electronics worked. They did bring us snacks twice a day and the food was good. We did find bugs in our bagels. Power went out when we were eating our breakfast, had to eat what was there and they still charge... read more
I think the pool was fun! bed was not very comfortable and the hot tub was needing a cleaning other than that the room was clean and the staff was nice but would I go back for 99$ a night no. I would go to motel 6
Worst hotel stay I've experienced. Most nights the key card didn't work requiring a walk to the lobby to get fixed. Two days in a row our room was not cleaned. My wife left there with some sort of bug bites everywhere. The second night we came back to a dirty room I talked to a manager and was told 2 nights would be taken off our bill. Apparently lying to guests is part of your management practices!
