Have used Billinghams for several years for Christmas wreaths but have just used the services of Billinghams for our father's funeral flowers. The flowers were fresh and the arrangements stylish and exactly as we asked, well done.

I visited to inquire about flowers for my father’s funeral and was met with disappointing service. While the staff initially directed me to their website, the manager was rude and made assumptions, implying we were looking for cheap options. This lack of empathy and professionalism, especially during such a sensitive time, was unacceptable. I would not recommend this florist.

Rang up as don't live in the area any more. I remembered this florist from years ago and they were very helpful. Sent me a photo of the funeral flowers which l appreciated.... and the flowers were lovely.

What can I say! Really amazing service, I ordered the flowers for my friend, found out that she was away, so called the shop, to let them know, I had placed order for the wrong date, the lovely lady at the shop, said it will ok to move the delivery date, they didn't let me down 👍 thank you for your brilliant service! Will definitely be placing future orders, with Billinghams, in West Bromwich! 👏👏👏🫶🙌🙌🙌
