Upon arriving at 7:25, I was promptly moved through the service processing routine. My service agent, listened to my reason for service, and told me he would be in to talk to me after the mechanics checked out my car. He returned, told me what work was needed, gave me price and repair options. Upon approval for the work, he gave me a 2:00 ECD, work was completed under 2 hrs. Very happy with service.
This dealer is wonderful. They took the time and patience to show me around and test drive the new car. They were polite, cheerful and followed up with me constantly. This review is for the service department. I purchased my vehicle at another Nissan Dealership and serviced my car here at Bill Ray Nissan for the past 3 years. I purchased a service plan that I've used at this dealership many times and today Richard (manager) would not allow me to redeem the plan I paid for. The service at this particular dealership has continually gone down from when I first began using this dealership.
