This was my first car that I bought. The sales man John Carta found me a car exactly in my price range and one that best suited me. He was extremely helpful and I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I love my Preowned Honda Civic!
Starting with Rick Vatter at the Internet Sales Dept. and ending with Fred Wuesthoff at the Financing Dept. this one probably has been the Best Car Buying experience for me!!! Starting with the internet negotiation, Rick was great, fair, professional and attentive!! I contacted them and visited the dealership. The Internet team was very nice and facilitated two test drives. They provided all the info I asked for and I would buy from them. There was no pressure just kind informative folks. I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger.
