Wanted a new Rogue for my wife to surprise her for Christmas but did not intend to buy today as I only had my lunch break. Met a bright young salesman and when I told him my time was limited he cut through all the usual nonsense and quoted me on a price that was too hard to pass up. They had the color she likes and will hold it until Christmas Eve when, get this, John will deliver it himself to our house! I had John Carta, and he was super awesome!! He made sure that he picked out a car to my interest and to my budget, which I surely appreciated. He sold me a 2010 Hyundai Accent, and I love this car so much! He was super nice and friendly to my 3 year son, especially when we were filling out paperwork. I would defiantly recommend him to my family and friends.
My first time looking for a new car so I was a little worried but I was greeted by a man named Murphy and my nerves quickly went away. He was very personable and seemed to know a lot about every car we looked at. Made my first shopping experience less stressful. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership provided great customer service.
I could hang out there on my days off and feel like one of the boys. Ironic, since it was a woman who handled my account! Kelly did an amazing job of answering all my questions, walking me through the buying process, and getting me off the lot in the new-to-me beauty I saw online. Five stars across the board!
