Frustrated with customer service, and the way they treat you. Not good at all, bought a vehicle that I assumed was in good condition, was not, have only had it for less than five months and already I have had to bring it im for major repairs, and of course dealer is not willing for fix.
I would like thank Jeff Hulsebus, for the customer service I received on the maintenance of my vehicle. Jeff answered and explained all aspects of the maintenance I required. Jeff in my opinion is definitely an asset to Bill Jacobs BMW.

John in service is the best!
