Bought a cpo from Jacobs. Took it in for a checkup (less than 2 years after purchase). Final cost for service was 3x the initial proposed expense. THEN asked what they could do to win my business after I voiced my disappointment. After agreeing to meet a competitor for new tires, they quibbled over $100. They have denigrated the BMW brand and their Bill Jacobs service brand in my eyes. Consider elsewhere
