I recently bought a new X3 from here, and brought it in for scheduled break-in service. I was treated very well, service was efficient and I was able to add 2 other minor things to be taken care of, and my service advisor, Dean K, was more than happy to oblige! There are at least 3 closer BMW dealers to me, but I will come out here for stellar service instead. If you want your BMW serviced right, go to Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville and ask for Dean!!

Our current lease was coming to an end so we went to Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville to see what they could offer. Overall we had an excellent experience. Our salesmen, Nick Pandola was outstanding. He gave me all the information I asked for, along with a few options that I didn't know were available. He never tried to upgrade to things I didn't want or make me feel any pressure.
