RecommendedI brought our 2001 BMW 330i that we just bought into Bill Jacobs to get it checked out and have a recall fixed. John and Mike went over every detail and what needed to be done. John bent over backwards to help get this car into tip top shape as it will be driven by our 16 year old daughter. On my way to Chicago my car battery light went on and I called Jacobs BMW and Jeff was super helpful and got me a loaner and got my car in for service immediately! Very highly recommended!
Good service experience with the exception of the washing of the exterior and vacuuming of the interior. That was not done and after spending $745 I was a little disappointed. Jeff Hulsebus was nice, attentive and thorough. He did a good job explaining my options with servicing my 6 year old X5.
