My purchasing experience at Bill Dodge was Exceptional! Brittney Hale was my salesperson and she made the entire experience effortless. She is well informed, took the time to work around my tight schedule and was a pleasure to work with. I did not feel any pressure throughout the entire process and when it came time to finalize the purchase, things ran smoothly without the tiresome back and forth, "I need to speak to my manager" shenanigans that occur at so many other dealerships!

I purchased my BMW station wagon from Brittney Hale at Bill Dodge last week. Literally everything about the experience was positive. Brittney was extremely professional and helpful, from familiarizing me with the models I was interested in to negotiating the purchase and trade-in of my old vehicle. She sent me off with a good working understanding of all the bells and whistles on my awesome car. I have been happily driving it around ever since!

I brought my 2001 Toyota Tundra in for some body work after a recent incident. As always Denny and his crew took excellent care of me. Work was done ahead of time and as always it looked like new! My first visit to the collision shops was several years ago when I lived in Westbrook but I now live in Lubec, a 4.5 hour drive, but knowing the quality of work Denny and his crew provide make it worth the drive!
Great deals! I love LOVE my new car. If you want a great deal on KIA, call Joe. Everyone was very, very nice and in addition to the car, my kids are the proud owner's of their own Otto the Moose plush animals. We won't be buying another new car for about 5 years - but when we do, I am coming back to Bill Dodge to get KIA #2. Best comment: "Mom, your car smells delicious. It smells like car.
