All the different guys that helped me look for a truck since this summer were great. But the one guy that followed up with me from time to time was the one I bought the truck from. I recentley purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza from Rob Williams at Bill Dodge's Preowned lot in Saco. I was not excited to begin my car shopping right before Christmas, but my 2006 Altima was not going to pass inspection this year. Over the years I've had the misfortune of dealing with salesman and sales staff that fit the stereo typical car salesman mold. The experience we had at BDAG was just the opposite. We needed a vehicle quickly but had little time to research. Love the car (2013 Nissan Altima, 3.5 S), the straightforward negotiations were appreciated, and the dealership is no nonsense when it comes to customer service. Tevis Yarmala was a good salesman, understood the vehicle, and most contract terms. He was a little confused about the original manufacturer's warranty (3 yrs, 36K miles), thinking that it was replaced by the Bill Dodge lifetime power train warranty.
