Things Bill Dodge has told me is wrong with my truck: Oil Pressure issue at 75k miles - needs an oil change, monitor it and re diagnose. Oil pressure issue at 83k - needs a new oil pressure sensor. Done. Oil pressure issue at 95k - needs an entire top end cleaning with special cleaning chemical, needs a deflector shield for the cylinders that get shut off with active fuel management. Done.
