Absolute shit show. I highly advice against this corrupt dealership. The sales manager tried to fight me, I could not believe the circus being run here. Stay far away from this place. Everyone is better off driving the extra 20 miles to a different dealership. I reached out and requested to speak with the higher ups there and no one still has contacted me.
RecommendedMy service here has been MOSTLY great. I came in today to buy my car out of its lease. I leased 3 years ago during the “double the warranty sale”. I was assured that this warranty would carry out even if I leased the vehicle and then bought it out. Well, low and behold, there is no documentation of that agreement. So I’m losing 10 years of my warranty!!! I’m not happy about this. Someone should be able to fix this problem. I was told it cannot be fixed.
