Stephen Carter (our salesman) was great!! He got us a great deal on our 2014 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. It's a great ride, safe, reliable, and looks sharp! He goes the extra mile too. If there's no detail employees, he vacuums, and washes my truck after servicing. He followed up after the sale to see how the truck was going, and if we had any questions, or problems with the truck. Everyone there is super nice, and always work hard to get the deal done!
The sales people were attentive and polite, stayed late one night so that we could try some cars. Even went so far as to let us pick up a car in Brunswick that my son liked and drive it to the Westbrook store. Thanks to saleman Josh Starbird, and manager Ryan. Job well done.

I had been looking for a new truck for over a month and was almost convinced with a competitor's model. I stopped in to 'look' at what GMC had to offer at Bill Dodge, on my way to purchase another truck. I actually stayed in my car while looking because I didn't want to get 'hassled' by a salesperson. Went over after talking to jake Turner who deals in used cars. He recommended for my wife an i to talk to kayla in used cars. She was amazing to deal with.
Called on a vehicle, woman told me it was excellent shape, on way down sales manager calls me, he tells me how great a truck it is and nothings wrong with it. Pull into the lot and their salesman devon tells me how great a truck it is and that they just went through the whole thing, changed all the fluids, yet oil on the dipstick was all rusty, and the oil filter had a layer of rust clearly showing it wasnt changed. Do your research and don't be fooled by the green 'sales' tag! I bought a used vehicle and then found out it was worth $2k less than I paid. They justified their price and compared it to a new vehicle and did not offer to do anything. It took 3 hours to get paperwork from finance even though I have a credit score over 700.
