The only thing good about this dealership is that at least the manager Mark (Saco used car lot) is actually trying to help my mother in law. She is now on her 3rd pick from your lot, first two were a wash and had issues. 3rd one, she picked out Wed 7-6-16....Mark took the van immediately to service dept to go thru it saying he would tell them no other option but to get right to work on the van. I had been looking on and off for over a year at new trucks and just recently purchased a new Sierra from Michelle Prescott. Michelle was great to work with. Made an appointment to meet with Seth Taylor and arrived a little early so that I could check out some of the models on the lot. Seth was with another couple that had arrived just before me, but I was helped by Scott Penny and together the two were able to answer questions I had about the Sonatas on the lot, both 2015 and 2016. I had to cut things short as I had an appointment in Scarborough, but will be stopping by the dealership again soon to finish finding the right car for me and sealing the deal! I was treated very well and was given ample information about my status. Seth even let me drive the car. The sole reason I went back yesterday to test drive the car was that you have a lifetime warranty on the Power Train (?), which include all the parts that will cost a lot of money!! Alas, I am sorry that I couldn't do more business with Bill Dodge in Brunswick. Thank you for the call and also for this survey.
