Extremely disappointed. They stuck an inspection sticker on a vehicle I purchased without doing an inspection. I took the vehicle for an inspection elsewhere and there was $1000 worth of work that needed done including wheel bearings so Bill Dodge did the work at no charge, even though they tried to charge me. Having bought cars elsewhere, I can say for certain that my experience at BMW has changed my mind on the car buying process. I was treated with respect and dignity- unlike my previous experiences. I had a sluggish turbo. They said it was due to a sticking waste gate valve and a leaking tube and old gaskets. I fixed it and asked if it would fix my sluggish turbo problem. They said yes. A week later, my engine seized because there was no oil in it. I had it towed back to them and they didn't even take it into their shop to investigate. They said there were no replacement engines available (A lie I discovered when I called Cumberland Salvage myself and located several instantly). Michael Tambone really took the time to listen to what we wanted. When I let him know that we weren't looking for anything fancy - just solid reliable transportation he didn't try to push us into a car with all of the bells and whistles. He was respectful and very thorough. If you are looking for a new vehicle - but don't like dealing with pushy sales people - go and see Mike you will be pleasantly surprised.
