While John Bolling was Amazing. I am less than impressed. I bought a jeep 2 weeks ago and am now having tranny issues. Took it back to be checked and was told they test drove and felt it chatter when in reverse so they called a service manager at another dealership to ask about it, and was told it was normal for that yr and the mileage. Really it's normal for a transmission to chatter in reverse. I don't think so.I will never buy anything from Bill Dodge again. I would NEVER recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership. I bought my $40,000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE with damage inside the car; being told that at my first oil change it would be fixed at no charge to me. When i brought the suv in for that oil change and to have these pieces fixed the service department tried to charge me over $1500 to fix this. I have been on the phone with over 6 different people trying to figure out how this was overlooked, and have been made to feel as though i have NO idea what I'm talking about... read more
I had a great experience with Brittney Hale. This was my second purchase with Brittney. She is easy to work with and very efficient. She is extremely knowledgable. When the dealership didn't have what I wanted on the lot, she was able to locate a car for me - exactly what I was looking for. I saw her on a Monday and drove away in my new ride on Saturday. She made it effortless.

Awful experience with the gmc service today. They tried telling me that it's normal for my vehicle to have no oil on the dip stick at the time it's do for an oil change. They charged me almost 60 bucks and told me that I need to add oil to it every 1000 miles??? And that I needed to drive there every 1000 miles so they can check it what sense does it make to spend 60 on an oil change and another 5 bucks on a quart of oil every 1000 miles
