To a walk-in customer the owner was accommodating, professional, and friendly in making time to fix a chain issue.
Your opening hours are clearly 08:00 to 18:00. (see attached) Debating your opening hours and if you advertise online with me at 17:30 was nonsense talk. As for "I'll open up if you are quick" seriously? You have to earn the custom. I have no interested in a rushed bike service either. Don't think you're doing everyone a huge favour, there are plenty of shops to choose from who will want the business.
Serviced my bike on the same day at a fair price and gave great advice for bike maintenance. 100% recommend.
