Big shout out to Mark and Bikewise. He managed a tricky conversion of my Trek from road gearing to a full SRAM MTB mullet setup. Back from 500k on the Great Divide and can attest to the quality of the work
This is the second bike i have purchased from Bikewise with amazing service on both. The first bike i purchased was fantastic and had an accident on it so i decided to get an upgrade. Went back to Mark and got another bike and his knowledge was amazing. It's never a hard sale but Mark answered the million and 1 questions i had and always has the time for each customer that came in while i was there. Massive thanks to Mark for sorting my squeaky disc brakes out. He completed it within the hour, and made sure everything else was tightened and realigned. I had read the reviews prior to my visit, and thought it was only right to pay him a visit. The pricing was also great for his time, and to boot, he’s a really nice guy!
