Went to get help fixing a puncture - got it repaired and cycled home. Tyre flat again within the hour.. Went back to get repaired again. Both occasions the man at the front desk and mechanic rude, dismissive of questions - will avoid going back. Felt dodgy.
Mechanic broke my carbon frame whilst trying to change a gear cable and blamed me for it. Owner is also a Bell End, avoid this shop!!!
Shocking company. Bought a bike that was in stock in their website on 15 Jan, in the 19 Jan received an email that the bike was unavailable, the order was cancelled & a refund would be issued. I finally received the refund on the 26 Jan. Avoid at all costs. Edit* Also noticed that the bike I bought at a good price was then listed as out of stock, then back in stock at a much higher price.
