Review update (still 5*): superb bike shop, very friendly and helpful. I had an awkward complete wheelset rebuild needed, due to corrosion, they sorted my wheels in half a day and then gave them a tune up a couple weeks later, all for a very reasonable price. I'm quite particular about how my bikes are serviced (I generally do all my own bike maintenance), for the jobs I can't do, Bike City is the only place I'd take my bikes.

Went in as a walking wounded when a double puncture left me stranded 20 miles from home. Immediately bike was whisked off to be repaired, water bottle topped up and I was sent on my merry way in about 10 mins. Top service 👌

Really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable team. I stopped by the shop while I was on a short bike tour, as I had bent my front derailleur cage. The team there were incredibly helpful, sorted it really quickly and got me back on my way. Five stars!
