Me and my partner recently moved to area on 24hrs ago we registered online. Due to switch I needed urgent medication i called them up and due to being time critical was done in 40 mins I hated first bp results and seen immediately in there my experience of this is just brilliant. The staff were really good the gp was so knowledgeable so far best new gp ive found and hope this keeps the same so I cannot thank them enough they were on the ball from office team to gp Thank you
Why the receptionist acting as if they’re the prime minister of the country. Rude behaviour. You can’t get an appointment you can’t get an update. They’re not helping they’re only to use the sources of government and provide no service

Rude receptionists who give you INCORRECT INFORMATION, if you can get through they want to palm you off to 111 as quickly as possible, when 111 send a referral to them they choose to fob you off to 111 again! Wasted a whole day between this surgery and 111 to get absolutely nowhere! Their certainly not bothered about your health or well-being they just want you to die. I would like a call from the Practice Manager to explain why they treat patients like this
