Waited 2 weeks for a phone call appointment. Waited all day and never received it. Awful service!

I think its great the way the practice are always trying to make things better for us. The recent arrangement of after 10am calls for making appts works really well. The doctors always have time to see us or chat with us on the phone. I think they do a fab job. Especially during these difficult times. Very grateful to Dr Joel who I saw recently, feeling much better at last.
Just swapped to this dr after a move. Got my first appointment easily. Helpful gp at 1st visit and it was a lovely nurse who took blood on second visit.
Handling of prescription requests is unbelievably slow.
