Zero care or protection to anything on the pallet. I paid close to 1k for my racking. All boards look terrible but here are some pictures of what to expect! 12 missing feet. Missing tie plates. No instructions. I am fully expecting my replacement boards to also be mashed. You cant just shrink wrap heavy metal parts directly to white painted boards..order with caution. Any company selling products made from recycled plastic has to be applauded - ordered for one of our shops and they were really pleased - have since ordered again - no issues to date.
Order was placed and accidently forgot to apply our 10% discount Welcome 10 discount, we asked for this to be applied retrospectively and originally told NO, but Adelle looked at the order and responded with a Credit which was hugely appreciated. Great after sales and would recommend.
Good quality racking
Missing 1x upright connector. Was told that as I ordered the shelving through Amazon I would have contact them who would contact Bigdug to request the item! I live 20 mins from Bigdug in Gloucester. If this drags on too long I will be paying them a visit.
