We went to view a property in Tewin advertised by this agency. I am an architect, albeit I am female and young looking and Asian. During the viewing (to which we were 10 minutes late apologetically) I asked the agent, Nigel, legitimate questions about the property, planning permission, ground conditions etc. I was met by absolute dismissal and rudeness by the agent. In an attempt to justify the extremely high price of a property he was selling, the estate agent completely trashed the two neighbouring properties. I found this unprofessional and would not want him selling one of my properties.
