Great happy hour deals! Love this local brewery. Great food and wonderful beer. Personally like the rotating seasonal beer. No restroom in the resturant. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's good service sometimes they forget about you.
I usually love coming to big woods, but tonight at the fashion mall location was such a let down. We got there and was seated, our waiter was nice but my friend and i observed 5 servers just sitting. We ordered nachos and the came out cold like they had been sitting. So we sent them back, (I never send food back but when nachos come out cold at 18 dollars, I think that’s appropriate) We waited 45 for our pizza and Brussels sprouts and we decided to leave. This was extremely horrible I waited over 40 minutes for pizza The gentleman next to me at the bar today waited 30 minutes to place an order the couple next to me got their burger before I got my pizza and the gentleman to down for me closest to the kitchen got his taco and an apology and I didn't get shit after giving like a $6 tip on a meat pizza and waiting over half an hour for my pizza I see why this place is closing in January The service is horrible. Waited at the host stand for 5-7 mins. 3 people looked our way but nobody came to greet us. I get being busy but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.
